Getting Here

Trim is located approximately 45km (28 miles) north-west of Dublin city centre, in the south of County Meath. The town sits on the banks of the river Boyne.

By Bus: Trim is served by Bus Éireann route 111 from Dublin city centre - timetable available here.

By Car: Trim can be reached easily from either the M3 or M4 motorways. Coming from Dublin south, take the N4 exit off the M50, continue to the M4 and take the Kilcock exit. Take the R158 to Trim via Summerhill. Coming from Dublin north, take the N3 exit off the M50, continue to the M3 and take the Dunboyne/Ratoath exit. Take the R154 to Trim via Batterstown and Kiltale. Alternatively you can stay on the M3 until the Dunshaughlin exit, but this will mean you pass through the Pace toll (currently €1.40) and probably only saves 5 to 10 minutes maximum.

On-street parking and all car parks are free after 6pm on race day.  Race HQ will be beside the Yellow Steeple (we'll have a marquee set up here) - you can register and pick up your number here.
